The World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos is one of the most important economic meetings in the world. Every year in January, heads of state and government, CEOs and thought leaders gather in this Graubünden mountain town. A professional limousine service is indispensable for attending the WEF.
01Getting to Davos
Davos is situated at 1,560 metres above sea level in the Graubünden Alps. From Zurich Airport, the journey takes approximately 2 hours 30 minutes via Landquart and the Wolfgang Pass. Our chauffeurs know the route and the special traffic conditions during the WEF, when road closures and security checks can slow traffic.
02Security and Discretion
During the WEF, heightened security measures are in effect in and around Davos. Our chauffeurs are familiar with the security protocols and know which roads are closed and which alternative routes are available. All vehicles are pre-registered and authorised.
Discretion is paramount at the WEF. Our chauffeurs are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Tinted windows and partitions in the vehicle ensure maximum privacy.
03Vehicle Recommendations
For WEF transfers, we recommend the Mercedes S-Class or Maybach for individuals and the V-Class for small delegations. All vehicles are equipped with winter tyres and all-wheel-drive systems, which are essential for the winter mountain roads.
04Book Early
The WEF takes place annually at the end of January, and demand for chauffeur services is enormous. We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Corporate clients can arrange multi-day bookings with a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle.
05On-Site in Davos
During the WEF, your chauffeur and vehicle are at your disposal all day — for rides between the congress centre, hotels and private events. We adapt flexibly to your schedule.
