Pickup at Zurich Airport: Arrivals 1 or Arrivals 2
Your chauffeur stands in the arrivals hall with a name sign as you come out of baggage claim. Which hall depends on your flight: Arrivals 1 for flights from Docks A and B and Schengen connections, Arrivals 2 for Dock E and intercontinental flights. You do not need to look it up — we can tell from the flight number, and the evening before you receive a written confirmation with the fixed price, vehicle class and your chauffeur's name and mobile number.
The first 60 minutes after the actual landing are included in the fixed price, so a slow passport queue or the last suitcase on the belt costs you nothing. If your flight is cancelled and rebooked, we simply move the pickup to the new flight.
Taxi to Zurich Airport: pickup at your door, drop-off at check-in
For departures we collect you at home, at your hotel or at the office and set you down directly at Check-in 1 or Check-in 2 — at four in the morning for the first flight, too. Fifteen minutes of waiting time are included at the pickup address, and the chauffeur helps with your luggage to check-in. If you have time before the flight, we can drop you at The Circle, three minutes from check-in.
The airport is twelve kilometres north of the city centre. Paradeplatz is 15 to 20 minutes away, Zurich West 15, the Dolder 25, and the Gold Coast — Zollikon, Küsnacht, Erlenbach, Herrliberg, Meilen — 20 to 35 minutes. Which vehicle for how many passengers and bags
The Mercedes E-Class takes three passengers and three suitcases; the prices in the table are based on it. The S-Class offers the same space and is the choice for anyone who wants to work in the back. For families, ski luggage or small groups, the V-Class with six seats and room for six bags is the right vehicle; for groups of up to 16, the Mercedes Sprinter. Child seats are free on request, and in winter every vehicle runs on winter tyres.
What the fixed price includes
Chauffeur, fuel, motorway vignette, Swiss VAT, meet & greet with a name sign, waiting time at the airport, luggage and skis. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. You can pay by card, on invoice with a corporate account, or in the vehicle.
