Yes, an extension is possible at any time, provided there is no subsequent booking. Simply inform your chauffeur directly, and the additional time will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment. For shorter-notice cancellations, we charge 50% of the agreed price. No-shows are charged in full.
Depending on the vehicle, we transport 1 to 16 passengers. Our limousines accommodate up to 3 guests, the V-Class up to 6 and the Sprinter groups of up to 16.
Yes, our chauffeur picks you up directly at the desired terminal. For airport transfers, we additionally offer our meet & greet service with a personal welcome in the arrivals hall.

No, we do not charge night or weekend surcharges. Our fixed prices apply around the clock, 365 days a year. The price you see at booking is the final price.
