Which airport for which region

We drive to and from Zurich (ZRH), Geneva (GVA), EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Bern-Belp, Lugano-Agno and St. Gallen-Altenrhein. For intercontinental flights Zurich is the starting point, including for many travellers from Basel, Bern and Central Switzerland: Basel to Zurich Airport is 87 kilometres and usually 60 to 65 minutes, Bern to Zurich Airport 125 kilometres and about 80 minutes, Lucerne 50 minutes, Zug 35.

Two airports have quirks worth knowing before pickup. Geneva sits on the French border with a Swiss and a French sector; our chauffeur waits on the Swiss side, or on the French side if you ask. EuroAirport is on French soil but has a Swiss sector with its own access road — that is where we collect you, and if you are heading on to Mulhouse, Colmar or Freiburg we can meet you at the French exit instead.

How the pickup works

You give us your flight number when booking and we track the flight. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign as you come out of baggage claim — at Zurich in Arrivals 1 or Arrivals 2, depending on the dock. The first 60 minutes after the actual landing are included; a delay costs nothing, and a rebooked flight simply moves the pickup. The chauffeur takes your luggage and walks you to the car.

Groups, delegations and business aviation

Families and small groups travel in the V-Class with six seats; groups of up to 16 in the Mercedes Sprinter. For conferences and corporate events we stagger several vehicles around the arrival times of the individual flights — one dispatcher, one written schedule, one invoice. Private and business-jet passengers are met at the general-aviation terminals, at Zurich on the north side of the airport and at Geneva at the FBO terminals; planeside where the handling agent allows it.

What an airport transfer costs

Every airport transfer is a fixed price per vehicle, not per person: from CHF 80 in the Mercedes E-Class, with the S-Class, V-Class and Maybach priced higher. The price includes the chauffeur, fuel, motorway vignette, VAT, meet & greet, waiting time and luggage.
