Hiring a chauffeur by the hour
With a chauffeur service you book time rather than a route. A chauffeur and a Mercedes are yours for the hours booked: they drive you from meeting to meeting and wait at every stop — outside the boardroom, the restaurant or the shop. You set the route and can change it on the way. In the booking calculator, choose the hourly option; prices start from CHF 209 per hour in the Mercedes E-Class with 25 kilometres per hour included, and the S-Class, V-Class and Maybach cost more.
If your day runs longer, extend directly with the chauffeur as long as no follow-on booking is scheduled; the extra time is charged at the agreed hourly rate. For a single ride from A to B, a fixed-price transfer is usually cheaper — the booking calculator shows both.
Business chauffeur service in Zurich
A typical day: meetings between Paradeplatz, Mythenquai and Zurich West with the car waiting outside between appointments; a roadshow Zurich–Zug–Basel with the same chauffeur throughout; a conference day at Messe Zürich in Oerlikon; foreign guests met at the airport, driven through the day and taken back to their hotel in the evening.
For companies we open a corporate account: one monthly invoice with Swiss VAT, broken down by ride and cost centre, a fixed contact person and, if you wish, a weekly schedule that runs without individual bookings. Our chauffeurs wear dark suits, speak German and English and sign a confidentiality agreement. For companies with zero-emission travel policies we drive the fully electric Mercedes EQE and EQS.
Private chauffeur for days out
From Zurich, much of Switzerland is a day trip when someone else drives: the Rhine Falls in 45 minutes, Lucerne and the Rigi in an hour, Einsiedeln in 40 minutes, Rapperswil and the upper lake in 35. You stop where you like and are back in time for dinner. We cover all of Switzerland and the neighbouring countries.
Which vehicle for which job
The E-Class is the everyday business car, the S-Class the choice for board members and guests who want to work in the back, and the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class for occasions where the arrival matters. The V-Class takes six passengers with luggage, the Sprinter up to 16 — for delegations, teams and group programmes.

The minimum booking time for our chauffeur service is 3 hours. For shorter trips, we recommend our point-to-point transfer. For multi-day bookings, we offer attractive package rates.
Our coverage area encompasses all of Switzerland as well as neighbouring countries including Germany, Austria, France and Italy. For further destinations, we are happy to provide a custom quote.
For hourly bookings, all waiting times are already included in the price. Your chauffeur will patiently wait at every stop, whether it is a meeting, shopping or restaurant.
Yes, an extension is possible at any time, provided there is no subsequent booking. Simply inform your chauffeur directly, and the additional time will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment. For shorter-notice cancellations, we charge 50% of the agreed price. No-shows are charged in full.
