The minimum booking time for our chauffeur service is 3 hours. For shorter trips, we recommend our point-to-point transfer. For multi-day bookings, we offer attractive package rates.
Our coverage area encompasses all of Switzerland as well as neighbouring countries including Germany, Austria, France and Italy. For further destinations, we are happy to provide a custom quote.
For hourly bookings, all waiting times are already included in the price. Your chauffeur will patiently wait at every stop, whether it is a meeting, shopping or restaurant.
Yes, an extension is possible at any time, provided there is no subsequent booking. Simply inform your chauffeur directly, and the additional time will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment. For shorter-notice cancellations, we charge 50% of the agreed price. No-shows are charged in full.
