Geneva Airport transfers, private chauffeur for Ouchy, the IOC, EPFL and the Riviera, events and weddings, conference shuttles, rides to Montreux, Lavaux and the Vaud Alps — fixed prices, Mercedes fleet, around the clock.
Book NowLausanne is 45 minutes from Geneva Airport and yet has no direct connection worthy of its guests: the train means a change at Cornavin or a crowded platform, the taxi means a meter. Our limousine service in Lausanne fills exactly that gap — a fixed-price Geneva Airport to Lausanne transfer from CHF 260, a chauffeur with a name board in the arrivals hall, a current-generation Mercedes, and a drop-off in front of the Beau-Rivage Palace in Ouchy, the Lausanne Palace or your office in the Flon.
Olympic Capital, home of the IOC and some sixty international sports federations, city of EPFL, UNIL and the CHUV, twenty minutes from Nestlé in Vevey: Lausanne receives delegations every week that count the minutes. This page gathers everything we do here — airport transfers, corporate accounts, VIP and delegations, events and weddings, conference shuttles, hourly hire and excursions. Our chauffeurs know the city on its hill, its one-way streets between Saint-François and the cathedral, and the fact that you do not climb from Ouchy to the centre by the same road at 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Stress-free transfers to and from Zurich, Geneva and Basel airports. With flight monitoring and meet & greet.

Learn MoreLausanne moves to the rhythm of its institutions. Olympic House in Vidy receives the IOC and its visitors; the Olympic Museum in Ouchy receives their families. The international federations — volleyball, rowing, gymnastics, fencing, archery and dozens more — sit between Vidy, Ouchy and the Maison du Sport International; UEFA is in Nyon, thirty minutes away, the UCI in Aigle. To the west, EPFL and UNIL at Écublens-Dorigny, the SwissTech Convention Center and the Innovation Park with Logitech and its start-ups; to the north, the CHUV and the Biopôle in Épalinges; in the centre, Philip Morris International on Avenue de Rhodanie, the Vaudoise, the BCV on Place Saint-François, the law firms on Avenue de Rumine. To the east, Nestlé in Vevey, Medtronic in Tolochenaz, Ferring in Saint-Prex.
A private chauffeur in Lausanne has to serve all of that unnoticed: a quiet black car, a dark suit, a signed confidentiality agreement, a fixed price confirmed in writing before departure. Our chauffeurs are French-speaking and speak English — indispensable for IOC delegations and EPFL conferences — and know the access points: the drop-off at the Beau-Rivage Palace, the Lausanne Palace entrance on Rue du Grand-Chêne, the rear of the Royal Savoy, the delegates' car park at the SwissTech. Fixed prices are calculated at CHF 4.20 per kilometre in the Mercedes E-Class with a CHF 80 minimum; the S-Class, V-Class and Maybach are priced above that.
The Geneva Airport to Lausanne transfer is the ride we drive most often on Lake Geneva: 63 kilometres on the A1, 45 minutes in normal traffic, up to 65 at peak times around Nyon and Morges. Fixed price from CHF 260 in the Mercedes E-Class, door to door: your chauffeur tracks the flight number, waits in the arrivals hall with a name board — Swiss side by default, French sector on request at no surcharge — loads the luggage and drops you at any address in Lausanne, Pully, Lutry, Morges or Saint-Sulpice. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included. For business aviation we meet you at the Geneva FBO (Jet Aviation, TAG, Swissport Executive).
From Zurich Airport allow 230 kilometres and 2 h 30, fixed price from CHF 960 — the right choice for a delegation that would rather work on the way than change trains in Bern. To Montreux and the Riviera: 30 kilometres, 25 minutes, from CHF 120; the Zurich to Montreux car service our English-speaking clients often ask for takes about 2 h 45. To Bern: about 1 h 10, from CHF 420. For a same-day return we book both legs with the same chauffeur.
Lausanne's corporate clients rarely book a single ride. They book a visiting day: landing in Geneva at 08:40, meeting at EPFL at 10:00, lunch at the Beau-Rivage, session at Olympic House at 15:00, evening flight. Or a conference week at the SwissTech with shuttles between the Ouchy hotels and Écublens. Or, for a federation, the reception of its members during a general assembly. Or, for Nestlé or PMI, a three-day delegation programme between Vevey, Lausanne and the airport. For these clients we open a corporate account: one monthly invoice with Swiss VAT itemised per ride and cost centre, a named contact, priority availability in the peak weeks — the Prix de Lausanne in February, Athletissima in August, EPFL conferences, the Montreux Jazz Festival in July — and, on request, a standing weekly schedule.
Hourly chauffeur hire in Lausanne starts from CHF 200 per hour, two-hour minimum, 20 km per hour included, billed in half-hour steps after that. It is the right format for a day of meetings between Ouchy, the Flon, Vidy and Écublens, for a Lausanne–Geneva–Zurich roadshow, or for an evening that begins at the Opéra de Lausanne and ends in Lutry. For organisations with zero-emission travel policies — the IOC first among them — we run the fully electric Mercedes EQS and EQE; Geneva Airport–Lausanne–Geneva is done on a single charge.
Lausanne receives federation presidents, IOC members, athletes in an Olympic year, boards on retreat at the Beau-Rivage, and families living in Pully or Cologny who prefer not to be seen. Our VIP service means what the word means: the car in place before the principal appears, doors opened and closed, luggage handled without being asked, no phone at the wheel, no conversation unless invited, the route agreed with the security detail in advance, the same chauffeur for the whole visit.
We coordinate multi-vehicle motorcades with lead and follow cars for IOC sessions and federation assemblies, hold vehicles on standby outside Olympic House or the Lausanne Palace for a full day, and keep the faces constant. The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is our vehicle for heads of delegation; the S-Class for presidents and executives; the V-Class for staff and security. Written confidentiality agreements bind every chauffeur, and we do not photograph, name or reference clients.
Lausanne's calendar is dense and we plan around it. In February the Prix de Lausanne at Beaulieu; in April the Cully Jazz; in May the 20 km de Lausanne, when the centre is closed on a Sunday morning; in July the Festival de la Cité, when the old town is pedestrian, and the Montreux Jazz Festival, when Montreux's Grand-Rue cannot be crossed; in August Athletissima at the Pontaise; in October the Lausanne Marathon, when the Ouchy quays are closed; in December Bô Noël and Lausanne Lumières. Add LHC games at the Vaudoise Aréna, match nights at the Tuilière, premieres at the Opéra de Lausanne and galas at the Beau-Rivage Palace. For each date we know the closures, the drop-off points and the time it really takes to leave.
A wedding in Lausanne is logistics: the civil ceremony at the Hôtel de Ville on Place de la Palud, the service in the cathedral or the Basilique Notre-Dame du Valentin, photographs on the cathedral esplanade or on the lakeshore in Ouchy, the reception at the Beau-Rivage Palace, the Château d'Ouchy, the Château de Glérolles in Saint-Saphorin, the Abbaye de Montheron or a Lavaux wine estate — and guests landing in Geneva. We provide the bridal car (S-Class or Maybach, ribbons on request), the family cars, guest shuttles in V-Class and Sprinter between hotels, ceremony and reception, and an airport meet & greet for every guest, all coordinated by one dispatcher with a written timetable. The chauffeur stays for the day.
Ouchy and Sous-Gare: the lakeside palaces, the Olympic Museum, the harbour; the Beau-Rivage Palace drop-off is via Chemin de Beau-Rivage, and Avenue d'Ouchy jams at 6 p.m. Centre, Flon and Saint-François: banks, offices, boutiques; Place Saint-François allows no stopping, so we pick up on Rue du Grand-Chêne, Rue de Bourg on the Bel-Air side, or in the Flon. The Cité and the cathedral: restricted access, pick-up on Place du Château or Rue Pierre-Viret. The railway station: drop-off on Place de la Gare, south side, under reconstruction until the end of the decade — we follow the access changes. Chailly, Montchoisi and Pully: private residences, the Clinique de Montchoisi; Lutry and Paudex: the harbour and the first Lavaux terraces.
To the west: Vidy and Olympic House (Route de Vidy 9), Malley and the Vaudoise Aréna, Renens, Écublens with EPFL, UNIL and the SwissTech Convention Center (Route Louis-Favre 2), Saint-Sulpice, Morges and its castle. To the north: the CHUV (Rue du Bugnon 46), Épalinges and the Biopôle, La Blécherette. To the east: Vevey with Nestlé headquarters (Avenue Nestlé 55) and the Alimentarium, La Tour-de-Peilz, Montreux with the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace and the 2m2c, Villeneuve. The whole agglomeration — from Morges to Lutry, from Vidy to Épalinges — is a single pick-up zone with no approach fee; the Riviera to Montreux is at fixed prices.
Beau-Rivage Palace, Chemin de Beau-Rivage 21, Ouchy — drop-off on the Chemin de Beau-Rivage side. Lausanne Palace, Rue du Grand-Chêne 7–9 — Grand-Chêne entrance, not Petit-Chêne. Royal Savoy, Avenue d'Ouchy 40 — rear pick-up on request. Hôtel de la Paix, Avenue Benjamin-Constant 5. Château d'Ouchy, Place du Port 2, and Hôtel Angleterre & Résidence, Place du Port 11. Mövenpick Lausanne, Avenue de Rhodanie 4. Starling Hotel Lausanne, Route Cantonale 31 in Saint-Sulpice, and the SwissTech Hotel on the EPFL campus. In Montreux: Fairmont Le Montreux Palace, Grand-Rue 100; in Vevey: Grand Hôtel du Lac, Rue d'Italie 1; in Glion: the Victoria.
Other fixed points: Lausanne station (Place de la Gare), Renens station, Olympic House (Route de Vidy 9), the Olympic Museum (Quai d'Ouchy 1), the Palais de Beaulieu (Avenue des Bergières 10), the SwissTech Convention Center, the Opéra de Lausanne (Avenue du Théâtre 12), the Théâtre de Vidy, the Vaudoise Aréna in Prilly, the Stade de la Tuilière, the CHUV (Rue du Bugnon 46), the Clinique de La Source (Avenue Vinet 30), the Clinique Cecil (Avenue Ruchonnet 53), Hirslanden Clinique Bois-Cerf (Avenue d'Ouchy 31), the Rolex Learning Center at EPFL. Tell us the venue and we will tell you where the car will be — before you land.
The Mercedes E-Class is the everyday Lausanne limousine — airport transfer, city rides, the Riviera. The S-Class is what delegations, boards and guests of the Beau-Rivage Palace ask for when they want to work in the back; the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class for occasions where the car is part of the welcome. The V-Class carries up to seven with luggage: the vehicle of federation teams, families heading to Villars or Verbier, and groups going up into Lavaux for a tasting.
Every car carries water, chargers and Wi-Fi and is washed before every pick-up — in Ouchy, the doormen notice. The electric EQS and EQE are available for organisations with zero-emission policies. For larger groups — conference shuttles between hotels and the SwissTech, site visits, company outings on the Riviera — we bring in the Mercedes Sprinter. Child seats on request at no charge; winter tyres in season.
For congresses at the SwissTech Convention Center and Beaulieu, federation assemblies, company incentives on the Riviera, international schools, sports teams and delegations of twenty to two hundred people we run shuttle programmes with V-Classes and Sprinters: arrivals staggered across a day in Geneva, hotel-to-venue loops in the morning and evening, a gala-dinner run to the Château d'Ouchy or a Lavaux estate, and departures on the last day timed to each flight. One dispatcher, one written plan, one invoice.
This is also where a fixed price beats a meter. A taxi from Geneva Airport to Lausanne is charged by the meter and by the piece for luggage, often more than double our CHF 260 fixed price in the E-Class with luggage, waiting and meet & greet included; the V-Class for six or seven people costs less per head than two taxis. For recurring shuttles — a school run to Collège Champittet or the École Nouvelle, a weekly staff transfer to Vevey or Tolochenaz — we quote a monthly flat rate.
From Lausanne, the finest roads in French-speaking Switzerland start ten minutes away. The Lavaux terraces — Lutry, Grandvaux, Cully, Épesses, Saint-Saphorin, a UNESCO World Heritage site — take an hour along the Corniche with a stop at a winery; Vevey and Nestlé's Nest are 20 minutes, Montreux and the Château de Chillon 25, Gruyères 50, the Rochers-de-Naye by rack railway from Montreux. Into the Vaud Alps: Villars-sur-Ollon in 50 minutes, Leysin and Les Diablerets in an hour, Gstaad in 1 h 30; into the Valais, Verbier in 1 h 40 and Zermatt (to Täsch) in 2 h 20. Évian, across the lake, is 1 h 15 by road or 35 minutes by boat from Ouchy — your chauffeur meets you on the other side.
We book these days as hourly hire or at a fixed price, whichever is better for you, and the chauffeur stays with the car between stops. A typical Lausanne day: pick-up at the Beau-Rivage at nine, the Corniche with a tasting in Épesses, lunch in Saint-Saphorin, Chillon at three, back in Ouchy by six — nine hours, one car, one price agreed in the morning.
Our Lausanne prices are built on one rate: CHF 4.20 per kilometre in the Mercedes E-Class, rounded down to the nearest ten, with a CHF 80 minimum per ride. That gives Geneva Airport from CHF 260, Montreux from CHF 120, Bern from CHF 420, Zurich Airport from CHF 960, a ride in town or to Pully and Morges from CHF 80. Hourly hire is from CHF 200 per hour with a two-hour minimum and 20 kilometres per hour included, billed in half-hour steps after that. The S-Class, V-Class and Maybach carry a class surcharge that we state with the quote.
Included in every price: the chauffeur, fuel, motorway vignette, Swiss VAT, meet & greet with name board, 60 minutes of waiting after landing at the airport and 15 minutes at any other address, luggage and skis, child seats, water and Wi-Fi. Not charged: night rides, Sundays and public holidays, Geneva's French sector, border crossings into France. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pick-up; flight delays are tracked and never billed. Payment by card, by invoice for corporate accounts, or in the car.
Book online in two minutes, or call or WhatsApp us on +41 76 565 15 05 — we answer in English, French and German around the clock. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price, the vehicle class and your chauffeur's name and mobile number the evening before. For airport arrivals send us the flight number; for a hotel with a difficult forecourt or an institution with access control, one line in the booking is enough — we do the rest.
For corporate accounts and federations we set up a monthly invoice, a dedicated contact and, where useful, a standing schedule. For events and weddings we send a vehicle plan with times, cars and chauffeurs for your approval. The price you see for Lausanne is the price you pay.
